I’ve collected data before and the speed of participants signing up was amazing. Now I have published a study and it takes forever to recruit although the system detected >16,000 people matching my prescreening that were active in the last 90 days. The terms (time and payment) are similar to earlier studies.
any ideas what might have changed?

hi @Sharon_Gilaie-Dotan , I’m not sure why this may have occurred, but would you mind posting more detail so others are able to determine if they are encountering similar rates?
Some details that might help would include:
- what are your inclusion criteria?
- how long is your study?
- target sample size
- how many sign up per day (or hour, or week, whatever makes the most sense to you)
