Hi,
I enter our institute VAT number in the billing address and I can see it in my account. However, when I ask for an invoice request, it doesn’t apply for the VAT number and the invoice includes the taxation.
would you please let me know what should I do?

That’s strange. It should be added automatically. Could you submit a request to our support team? They will be able to look into this error for you. Send me your support ticket number and I’ll make sure it’s prioritised
