Unique Technical Issues with One Study

Hi, I have a study in which some participants have been in “Active” status for over a day and they are not getting timed-out. Anyone else facing this issue?

Also, this study has been pending for 3 days and hardly anyone signs up. In all the previous studies I have run with the same requirements in the past couple of weeks, I was receiving subjects in a matter of a couple of hours. This sounds like a technical issue with how this study is being displayed. Any thoughts?

I’m sorry that you’re having trouble. We’re currently seeing the not timing-out issue with a small number of participants and are actively looking into the cause.

I’ve seen the ticket you sent to the support team, and I’ve flagged it for prioritization. Let me know if you don’t recieve a response soon :slight_smile:

It’s the end of the working day in the UK unfortunately, so it will take slightly longer. But you will have a response within 24 hours :slight_smile:

I’ve been having/had the same issues - participant not timing out and no participants signing on. The first one got fixed already - the participant is not “timed out” - but there’s still no people signing on.

Just wanted to share to highlight it seems to be more general, I understand it might take a while.
