I am a researcher that has been using Prolific’s services for over a year now. Recently, I have been unable to login to my account due to the login button being unresponsive (clicking on it does not do anything). The account has nearly 400 USD in it.
I have tried clearing my cache, cookies, using different browsers, updating browsers, and even trying different devices, the issue always remains.
I have sent in a support ticket on March 4th (#95694) and was contacted by a Prolific employee. She responded on the 5th asking for what country I am trying to login from, and has not given me a reply since.
Since then, I have went on to create another account that has another couple hundreds of dollars which I also can not sign-in to (same problem, login button is unresponsive) as of last week.
Please advise, thank you!
