Unable to collect responses

It has been more than 24 hours since I rolled out my study for 600 participants. But I am unable to get responses or collect any data.

Can anybody direct me toward the problem?

Hi,

I’m bumping this because I’m having the same problem. My study is stuck at 60% (18/30 participants) and it has been more than 1 hour since I got a new person join the study.
