Unable to add money in my Prolific account

I have tried multiple cards, but I am unable to add money to my account.
Is anybody facing the same or know the solution?

I am sorry I missed your post.

Yes, A couple of researchers have had this issue in the past two weeks. But I thought it might be with Amex accounts.

Did your issue resolve itself?
