It’s the Platinum Jubilee here in the UK this week! In addition to the numerous other events going on, it also means a double Bank Holiday week, so much of Prolific won’t be working this Thursday and Friday (myself included)!
Our great Support team will still be available during the Bank Holidays but may have reduced capacity, so please bear with us if it takes a bit longer to respond to your support ticket.
Don’t forget the expertise we have here in the community as well - there’s over 3700 researchers registered here now, so odds are you’ll find someone who can help you if you have a question on using Prolific, on research generally, or even if you want to share what you’re doing for the Jubilee (feel free to post in 
General!)
