Slow Recruitment

Hello, I have several region-based recruitment surveys currently on going but I have noticed slow and no response for the ones that have been running the longest. Yesterday I accidentally included regions from another survey and noticed participants from the regions in error participating yet they didn’t do the one from the appropriate region.

Is it possible to request Prolific staff to please assist in refreshing my current active studies to see if there’s an improvement in participation?

I am afraid that for this sort of request, support is probably the only way to catch Prolific’s attention.
