My study has been active for a day. Now, only 162 participants join in the study, and I feel that recruitment seems to have slowed down. Even, no one participated in my study in the past hours.
Is it normal for a survey seeking 320 participants, with 655 eligible participants, to take 2-3 days? I really worried about this situation.

yes, I can ensure you that is totally normal to wait this long for not-so-large samples of eligible. Longer times are normal especially if you selected special recruitment types such as gender-balanced or with a representative sample.
Is your data collection over now?
