Rep Sample Fees Are Being Reinstated This Friday
Back in August, we made it possible to use our representative samples feature at no additional cost. This was a temporary measure taken in response to a sudden spike in participant registrations, which we have been working hard to address ever since (read more here).
Since then, we have made it easier for you to control the distribution of your sample by releasing the ‘Balance sample by Sex’ feature, and expanding our guidance for balancing other key demographics.
As a result, we are reinstating representative sample service fees on Friday 12th November . From this date onwards, any studies recruiting a representative sample of the UK or US will be subject to the additional service fees that were in place prior to August.
This change will affect existing draft studies in addition to newly created studies, so you may notice an increased cost in your study creation form. More information about representative sample pricing can be found here.
