Rejecting Submissions (a large two step study with contingent pay)

Hi,

I have a payment-related question:

I have a two-step study. A month or so ago, I had asked you about my interactive hour-long study over Zoom - and thanks to your guidance I have been able to conduct many sessions so far. The first step is a scheduler study. I have seen on the help centre that I can have the first study’s payment be contingent on participation in the second study, so that’s what I did (eventually, on a duplicate version).
That scheduler study was large (I also pay those who couldn’t find a slot that fit their schedule). To those who booked a slot but didn’t show up, I am planning to first message them to ask to “return” their submissions by a certain date as a notice and “reject” their submission only if they haven’t “returned” by that date.

My question is, because that study was very large, I was wondering if there was also a way to bulk “reject”. As I was looking into this, I also noticed that there is a limit to “rejection” but I am not sure how it is defined exactly. Either way, I would very much appreciate your help and any suggestions to handle this situation.

Thank you very much for your time and help in advance!
