One of the participants who completed my study doesn’t meet the prescreening requirements I used on Prolific; the participant said one thing on the Prolific prescreening and then the opposite in the my study. In addition, they’ve left most of the study questions blank, and the answer that were given don’t reflect the instructions given. I’ve tried to contact the participant but they haven’t responded. Do I still have to pay this participant? Any advice?
