I only receive emails when a participant messages me in a study. However, on this forum I do not receive notifications when someone replies to a thread I’m involved in, or directly mentions me.

Have you tried to change the set-up of your Preferences on this Forum?
If you click on your top-right icon you have the Preferences option.
Then you can change the settings of your email notifications from the “Emails” section.
In the second block “Email me when I am quoted, replied to, my username is mentioned (…)” you may want to select always or only when away.
If you already have this configuration on, then I guess someone from the Prolific Team needs to investigate more why is not working with you.

I did have all of that checked. BUT, it turns out they were going to Spam!
@prolific, you may want to look into why emails from you are being routed to Spam. I’m sure I’m not the only one.
