hi @Peter_Mano , sometimes it can some time for Prolific team to get through all their requests! (They are quite busy over there.) I usually follow up with an email after 5 business days if I haven’t heard anything. You could also send the info about the request to @Josh here (sometimes that is helpful and other times not as much).
