As long as participants are redirected back to Prolific once they complete, and you ensure that you can match submissions to your data (i.e., by recording IDs) then a participant can be paid.
In this case, because you’re using 2 platforms you’ll need to figure out a way to track the same participants data across all 3 (Prolific, Qualtrics, and Pavlovia), so you will need to pass the ID from Qualtrics → Pavlovia somehow. I’m not sure how you would do that.
So qualtrics is excellent for surveys and pavlovia does really well in reaction time tasks. For this task I need images to be presented on the screen for 500 ms. Qualtrics can technically do this, but it requires javascript (which I am no good at) and their timing has larger variances than pavlovia. In pavlovia 500 ms is about 500 ms for each person who takes it. For this study, I have a reaction time task and a bunch of surveys so I am linking them both together.
