Hi there, I am trying to approve participants. However, when I press approve, it keeps returning to say “awaiting review.” I have tried manually approving, approving in bulk, etcetera. But it won’t approve. I need to do a follow up study that EXCLUDES the people that have already taken this one, so solving this timely is important. Any thoughts?
You can also copy all of their PID to create a custom blocker, hope it helps.
