Hi all. I was just wondering whether anybody has experience of using the Researcher Help Centre? If so, how long does it usually take to get a response after raising a ticket? I put in a request nearly 4 weeks ago and a follow-up 10 days ago and haven’t had a response aside from the automated emails to say the request has been received.

Generally speaking it shouldn’t take as long as you’d experienced to get a response. If it feels like it’s taking an unusually long time, feel free to PM or “at” me (@Jon ) and I can follow it up for you.
