Gender distribution

Hi,

I’m interested in a new feature of Prolific, the possibility to distribute my study sample equally across genders. When I selected this option, I get the notification that the data collection may be slower than usual. How much slower would it be? So far, collecting data on Prolific without this feature has been pretty fast, for instance, a couple of hours for collecting >300 participant data in the US. What should I expect if I click the option of balanced samples?

hi @Eftychia_Stamkou , welcome to the forums! probably not much slower. unless you’re on a super time crunch i doubt it would be a problem
