Hi my name is Tracy
I am in the process of setting my study up and have used the downloadable template on Qualtircs. When I attempt to save draft an error comes up saying “incorrect authentication credentials”. I am unsure what this means as I have input the Qualtrics Study URL and have input the completion re-direction to PROLIFIC using the following URL Prolific which was supplied to me.
I would appreciate an advice on this please
