For about two weeks now, I’ve been getting error messages when I login to my account. I cannot approve participants or increase places in my study. I’ve contacted support many times but have not yet received a response. Is anyone else having these issues? Has anyone found any solutions?

I am sorry I did not respond earlier. I have been busy at the end of term.
This is clearly a localised issue otherwise there would be hundreds of researchers telling us about it. I can log in to my researcher account without issue/problems.
I think that Support is your only way forward.
Should you be so kind as to let us know how this issue was solved I would be very interested.
