I’m getting “For tax reasons, participants living in the US but aren’t US nationals can’t take part in studies posted by US researchers.”
I checked and the user has a verified US phone and chose US in demographic info. What else should they do?

I looked through the about you information and the only indication of nationality appears to be the one nationality question. I am sorry I don’t know what to suggest.
