Hi, I am a beginner with Prolific. I have just run an active study, which has received a submission, with no time taken or completion code. And it seems that I cannot reject it, because the “reject” button can’t be clicked as it says "you can only reject once you have checked the submitted data. " But indeed I have checked the online platform of my study, and found no submitted data at all. Can anyone tell me what is going on, and what should I do now?

So can you tell me what is the Status of this submission? You can check this under the last column “Status” of the Study progression screen.
The available options are:

Ok, I see! You can’t reject it as you need first the participant to complete the study. Once they have submitted the study, their submission will appear with the status Awaiting Review., like the second row in the picture below. You’ll then be able to reject it (see the “x” symbol is red there).

So, the “ACTIVE” means that a participant is taking the test but has not submitted it yet, and what I need to do now is just to wait for the status to change from “active” to “awaiting review”. And by then, the “time taken” and “completion code” woudl be available. Am I right?
