I am conducting online interviews and recruiting people via Prolific. When I wanted to publish my study, I got informed that submissions will be auto-approved within 21 days. However, it would be problematic for me. To conduct the interviews, based on Prolific guidelines, when a participant book a time from available time slots, then I give her/him a completion code. However, the participant should appear for the interview and complete it so I can approve him/her. The problem arises when the time between receiving the completion code and the time someone books is more than 21 days. What are the suggestions to solve this issue? Should I prevent anyone to book time far in advance?
