All my items are correlated

Hello,

I just checked my Prolific data and all my items are very highly correlated. This makes no sense as some items should be negatively correlated and multiple psychometric measures that are very different should have multiple factors instead of just one when the items are entered into a factor analysis. This is clearly junk data. What can I do?
