Active Study has disppeared?!

My active study (with data from 300/500 participants) has suddenly disappeared. It’s not under Drafts and it’s not under completed. I had hoped to add 200 more participants today and tomorrow. Has anyone else (temporarily I hope?) had a study disappear?
Thanks!

Dear Cindy
Welcome to the forum
I have never had a study disappear, but I can appreciate it would be stressful.

Could it be in a different workspace? Initially there is only the default one in the list in the
left hand panel but if you have created others they will be there and each has a Draft, Active and Completed tab, I think. Other than that I can’t think of anything and it would be time to contact support I am afraid.

If you can’t get to the study would would not normally be able to get a list of the IDs to prevent those who have already taken it from taking it again. But if you have already downloaded the demographic data however, the IDS will be in there so you could create a custom blocklist yourself (screeners > custom screener > blocklist).

I am sorry I can’t be of more help.
